By purchasing a Psychology Audit session from 444 Citadel, you agree to the following terms. 444 Citadel provides strategic psychology consultations. This is not a licensed therapy, medical, or legal service.

All sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your booked session. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

444 Citadel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Applications are reviewed and accepted at our sole discretion.

All content, strategies, and frameworks shared during sessions are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to redistribute, resell, or publicly share any materials or strategies provided during or after a session.

444 Citadel is a strategic consultation service. We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals. Nothing provided in our sessions constitutes medical advice, mental health treatment, or professional psychological counseling.

Results from the Psychology Audit depend entirely on the individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income changes, or relationship results. The strategies we provide are frameworks based on psychological principles — your application of them determines your results.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services immediately. Our service is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

We collect the information you provide through our application form (name, email, age, and responses) solely for the purpose of delivering your Psychology Audit session and communicating with you about your booking.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Your application data is stored securely and is only accessible to 444 Citadel team members directly involved in delivering your session.

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider (LemonSqueezy). We do not store your payment card details.
